Policies
A few friendly guidelines so every pup gets the time and care they deserve.
Booking confirmations
You'll get an SMS reminder before your appointment. Please reply by close of business that day — unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled and a $40 fee per dog applied.
Cancellations & changes
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $40 late-cancellation fee. This gives me time to offer the spot to someone else.
No-shows
Unconfirmed bookings, late cancellations and no-shows may incur a $40 fee. Repeat no-shows will need a non-refundable deposit to book again.
Running late
Please call. The salon runs by appointment — if you're more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, your appointment may be cancelled.
Pick-up
Please collect your dog within 15–20 minutes of my "all done" SMS. A $15 late fee applies per half hour after that. Daycare dogs may be on site, so for everyone's safety dogs collected late may need to be crated. If something comes up, call Michelle as soon as possible and we'll work it out.
Payment
Full grooms are cash only.
